Elizabeth Delgado Mizrahi is an attorney that has been practicing law in South Florida for over 21 years. She is a Miami native. Her passion and her mission are to help families and individuals through difficult life situations that inevitably bring them into contact with our legal system. For people who are unfamiliar with that system it could be an overwhelming time in their lives. Elizabeth's experience having worked in the private and public sector could prove beneficial for the outcome of your particular case. You will receive sincere and practical advice and support.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1992. Elizabeth worked for the Miami Dade County State Attorneys Office as an Assistant State Attorney. While there she tried numerous Felony Jury Trials to verdict, authored several training manuals, and served as a supervisor in the juvenile division teaching courtroom and trial skills to junior attorneys. Many years later after leaving the public sector, Elizabeth returned as an Assistant Attorney General for the Florida Attorney General in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. There she investigated and prosecuted offenses against the Medicaid system.

Elizabeth has been in private practice for 17 years where she has concentrated on Criminal Defense, Family law and Probate and Guardianship. She has helped hundreds of families and individuals navigate the often turbulent waters in the Justice System. In her role as a Criminal Defense attorney, Elizabeth has tried cases in both State and Federal Courts and has defended people accused of crimes such as Drug Trafficking, Homicide, Bank Robbery, and even Espionage. As a Family Law attorney, she has successfully handled matters such as Contested Divorces, International Child Custody disputes, visitations and more. In Probate matters, she has handled highly contested competency issues, guardianships, Will Contest, and Trust litigation.
